Shelby Tuck-Horton Shelby Tuck-Horton, President and Founder of Exquisite Expressions & Events, Inc., discovered her passion for wedding planning during the planning of her friend's wedding. At the time, she thought she was only performing Maid of Honor duties, but soon found out that her friend preferred basking in the love of being a Bride rather than tackling a bridal “to do” list. With her background as a Management Analyst, she readily took on the wedding planning tasks to help ensure that her friend would have a “perfect” wedding where she was able to enjoy every moment without a worry. She had found her passion – working with people to plan beautiful, memorable events.

She is a Master Bridal Consultant, and has worked with hundreds of couples in the planning and designing of their wedding. She has been chosen as the Online Wedding Consultant for InfoWebCenter.com (a resource website currently in development), and is currently the Maryland State Coordinator for the Association of Bridal Consultants, Key Vendor on The Knot, and recently appointed as DC Chapter President for Wish Upon a Wedding, a charity organization that grants wedding wishes to people with life threatening illnesses.

Shelby has been a frequent featured wedding expert on national and local television and radio shows, and is regularly quoted in national publications and local media. For ten consecutive years, The Washingtonian Magazine recognized her as one of Washington 's leading experts. She also teaches wedding planner courses at Prince Georges Community College and is a featured speaker for industry associations, seminars and bridal shows.

LaToya Games LaToya Garnes, Professional Bridal Consultant, has been planning weddings since 1999. She is an active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants. She has been a featured wedding expert on national television and also an instructor for several professional development courses for wedding planners and consultants. LaToya is the recipient of several awards for her contributions to the wedding industry. Her creative side includes a flair for design, which incorporates the latest trends while still managing to set her own. Her eye for detail and a desire for perfection have led her to be one of our area's most reliable wedding planners. As a wedding planner, she embraces the personal interest, needs and desires of the couple.
